Shipping & Returns

Orders are generally shipped in 1 business day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 8 business days for standard U.S. orders to arrive to you. International orders are typically 15 - 20 days delivery, location and shipping method dependent.

NOTE ON INTERNATIONAL (ALL NON-USA) ORDERS - WOOD UNDERWEAR AND ITS AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BROKERAGE, FEES, CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND OTHER TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF YOUR COUNTRIES RULES AND ASSESSMENTS.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

AS A RULE, UNDERWEAR IS NOT RETURNABLE.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. But you can't have worn it, washed it, opened it, etc. It's underwear after all. You wouldn't want us to put underwear someone else has taken ownership of back on the shelf...would you?! No. However, we'll do our best to make you happy. If your items qualify as totally new, you may return some items WITH PRIOR APPROVAL for a store credit within 14 days of purchase date.

To request a return approval, go to the 'completed orders' area of your account page. Within the order page there is a return request button on the right side of the items. You may be contacted for further information on the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to handle. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT APPROVAL.

Products MUST be UNWORN, UNWASHED and returned in their original NEW condition, including tags and packaging. If products are not returned in the condition in which they were received (that means unworn and in original intact packaging), WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE RETURN.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for the item(s) until they reach us. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
